Located at the prime intersection of Queen Elizabeth II Drive and Marshland Road, Homebase shopping complex is soon to host over a dozen new tenancies toward its rezoned northern boundary. Deviating from traditional large format retail, the masterplan expansion will offer a hybrid model, together with a food and beverage precinct and  supermarket - proving to be the first of its kind in Christchurch.
